Moringa is an ideal food supplement for everyone. It contains more than 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants, 18 amino acids, 9 essential amino acids and 36 anti inflamatories. The tiny leaves are removed from the stalks and dried in a solar dryer to retain its colour and nutrients. The dried leaves are then milled in a SS304 pulverizer to give a very good quality fine green powder.

Methods for consumption:
1. Mix in dosa batter
2. Mix in dough for making chapati
3. Add to any side dishes
4. Add them in sambar, gravy, etc. Add them at the end once you finish cooking.
5. Add them to smoothies, fruit or veg salad
6. Add the powder to a small amount of water, milk, butter milk or any fruit juice and stir well to make a paste. Then add more of the liquid and drink the full content before food.
