Health Tips # 6 - Depression Management

There are many signs and symptoms of depression for a person who is suffering from the disorder of depression.

Following are some of the signs and symptoms:

First of all, the person will be highly agitated. We cannot predict the behavior of the person who is under depression.

The depressed person would be restless. He will be doing unnecessary things.

Another symptom is irritation. He can be furious with little matters easily.

One other noticeable symptom is change in eating habits. That is, he may either eat more food or less food than a normal, stable person. So he will be either gaining or losing weight accordingly.

Yet another sign is difficulty in concentrating. He cannot concentrate in his studies, works or other activities.

He will feel fatigue and exhausted easily than normal. He will feel weaker than earlier.

He will lose his confidence for doing work or any other tasks. He will be feeling too sleepy or could have inadequate sleep as well.

If any of these symptoms are noticed, it is high time that you immediately consult an appropriate doctor and get this sorted out.

But this does not mean that you should get on a knee-jerk reaction every time you are unable to concentrate, or every time you are exhausted - just focus on yourself much more carefully and you will know when you are getting out of control, internally.

Cheers!
